Payment Policies Here at Carlsbad Golf we gladly accept: Visa MasterCard American Express For other billing arrangements such as check or money order, please contact us and we will be more than happy to accommodate you. All payments must be cleared and or settled prior to manufacturing and shipment. All payment methods will be held subject to our standard return and exchange policies as indicated in our policies section. All orders require that the name in which the order is placed under exactly matches the name on the credit card used for payment. Unless written and signed authorization along with a sketched imprint of the physical card of the purchasing cardholder are either faxed or mailed in to us, orders can only be shipped to the same address as the 'Bill To' address for the credit card statement. If any concerns arise in your purchasing decision, please contact us and we will be more than pleased to assist you in completing your transaction. Modification Policies Once an order is submitted it can not be cancelled or modified directly. If you would like to add on to your order or modify anything you must do so promptly, by either emailing us or contacting us by phone. Once orders have been received and or conveyed to their respective manufacturers they will be subject to our standard return policies as indicated in our policies section. Processing Policies You can expect your order to be processed within three to five business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems or delays with the payment processing. Please note that the majority of the product we carry are handcrafted and custom made specifically to each order which may have a manufacturing time duration that extends beyond the processing time of your order. Your item will be shipped as soon as manufacturing is completed. Purchase Agreement Policies By accepting delivery of any product delivered from Carlsbad Golf, you ('Customer') agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed here. You and Carlsbad Golf agree that the terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and Carlsbad Golf. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully before you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Carlsbad Golf. Carlsbad Golf is not responsible for any damage to parts or injury to person or property as a result of using our products or as a result of a defective product(s).

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Carlsbad Golf is not responsible for any shipping delays by the respective shipping company. We also reserve the right to substitute the selected shipping carrier/method with an equivalent shipping carrier/method. Estimated carrier shipping time does not include order processing time Carlsbad Golf may offer free shipping on certain items. If a return should take place on free shipping item(s), the customer will be charged for the actual shipping costs, returns will be subject to our standard return policies as indicated in our policies section. At this time, Carlsbad Golf Manufacturing ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Carlsbad Golf Manufacturing ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Sales tax is only applied to orders shipping within our residing state, California. All orders shipped within California will be charged the applicable sales tax accordingly.

    LIMITED CONSUMER WARRANTY

    CARLSBAD GOLF WARRANTS, TO THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER ONLY, THAT IT'S GOLF CLUBS WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP DURING NORMAL AND CUSTOMARY USE FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE DATE.

    WARRANTY QUALIFICATIONS:

    (1) THE CONSUMER MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE IN THE FORM OF AN ORIGINAL CASH REGISTER RECEIPT FROM THE RETAILER FROM WHOM THE CONSUMER PURCHASED THE PRODUCT.

    (2)  THE GOLF CLUB HAS NOT BEEN ABUSED, ALTERED, DEFACED, OR MISUSED, OR OTHERWISE DAMAGED THROUGH  NEGLECT OR ACT OF THE CONSUMER.

    (3) THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.  ANY COSMETIC AND/OR OTHER REPAIRS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY MAY BE MADE AT A COST TO THE CONSUMER.

    CARLSBAD GOLF RESPONSIBILITY:

    IF A DEFECT IN A GENUINE CARLSBAD GOLF CLUB APPEARS DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND THE CONSUMER COMPLIES WITH THE REQUIREMENTS ABOVE, CARLSBAD GOLF AT IT'S SOLE DISCRETION, WILL A) REPAIR THE DEFECT OR B) REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PORTION OF THE CLUB WITH THE SAME OR A COMPARABLE PRODUCT OR C) REFUND THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE LESS REASONABLE DEPRECIATION BASED UPON TIME AND ACTUAL USE.

    CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY:

    THE CONSUMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE GOLF CLUB.  CARLSBAD GOLF WILL RETURN THE REPAIRED OR REPLACEMENT GOLF CLUB TO THE CONSUMER FREIGHT PREPAID.  METHOD OF SHIPPING IS AT THE DISCRETION OF CARLSBAD GOLF.

    LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTY:

    1) WARRANTY CLAIMS WILL BE PROCESSED AT CARLSBAD GOLF'S SOLE DISCRETION, PURSUANT TO THE CONDITIONS AND TERMS SHOWN ABOVE.

    2) ANY REPAIRED OR REPLACEMENT GOLF CLUB WILL BE WARRANTED FROM THE PURCHASE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL GOLF CLUB AND NOT FROM THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT DATE.

    3) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY SHOWN ABOVE.

    4) CARLSBAD GOLF IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS.

    5) NO PERSON, DISTRIBUTOR, DEALER, AGENT, REPRESENTATIVE, OR OTHER THIRD PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY, OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY IN ANY WAY.



  • Return Policy
  • Return and Exchange Policies No returns/refunds/exchanges will be permitted without the prior authorization of Carlsbad Golf and/or the authorization of the product's respective manufacturer(s) for exchanges or replacements. All returns must be authorized by a Carlsbad Golf support representative. Since the nature of many of our products are custom crafted labor intensive pieces, we will not offer refunds unless authorized directly by a Carlsbad Golf representative. Merchandise may be replaced by their respective manufacturer(s) if found to be defective. This conveyance of exchanges / replacements is to be arranged between you the (customer) and the manufacturer(s) directly. Shipping charges are non refundable and as indicated earlier on items of which customers have attained free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be collected upon issuance of refund. Failed deliveries by reason of customer's absence at requested shipping address will result in a surcharge if reshipped. Failed deliveries will not qualify for a full refund. Return Merchandise Authorization Policies After an RMA is issued, Customer is solely responsible for shipping back any product. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Carlsbad Golf is NOT responsible for any packages lost or products damaged during transit by the shipping company. Damaged items are not eligible for warranty or money back guarantee. All sensitive electronic parts should be wrapped in anti-static plastic bags and shock-resistant bubble-wrap. Some cushioning material should be present between the item and the walls of the box. If any component of the returned product is missing, Carlsbad Golf's Return Procedure will be breached and Carlsbad Golf will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. All items are carefully inspected and tested upon return. Products shipped back to Carlsbad Golf without a Return Merchandise Authorization ('RMA') number will be rejected and returned back at Customer's expense. To obtain an RMA number you must receive one from a customer care representative. You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Carlsbad Golf Manufacturing reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
